We knew we've been at the ER a lot when we started seeing the same docs and nurses over and over--I swear they were saying "oh no, not the clusterhead again". As far as imiprimine, I took it years ago for depression. I don't know anything about its effectiveness for clusters. Definitely ask your wife's neurologist about verapamil--it's effective for a lot of people.
