The state of Wisconsin has now written up a bill to legalize pot for medical reasons. The legislatures are waiting to vote on it. I guess they think if not at federal level at state level it will be ok. I wouldn't doubt the supreame court strike it unconstitutional. Heard all this on the radio this am.
