Made me go recheck what I posted.
I did read an article a week or two ago which said that the pain of CH was felt before the swelling of the temporal blood vessels, I believe those were the vessels mentioned.
Goadsby's work doesn't say the hypo is activated before the pain is felt. It says the activation of the hypo was identified during the pain of CH but not during other pain.
So now I know even less, other than Paco has weird eyes.
