I made up almost exactly the card, except I called it "histaminic cephalgia" (another alias that gets around the "headache trap")
I've been nearly arrested a couple times when I got caught in a real bad one in some store or something, & tyhey just wouldn't let me crawl off somewhere & ride it out
the card idea WORKS, BTW folks

don't need to be a linguist to figger that one out
this appears to be a well established migraine/head pain organiztion - will try to see how much I can decipher - the trick w/docs & ins co's is to have "official" documentation of what we already know -
