May try cutting and pasting one or all of the stories on the home page of CH.com into another e-mail to her. Add that, they don't call them suicide headaches for nothing.
Wondering about the specialist is common. They usually want some comments from the neuro to include in the piece.
More of us should take this leap. Believe me, it's not scary when you get in front of the camera. Once you start talking CH they can't hardly stop you.
