Hello Nancy,
I just started Varapmil on Monday. The doc has me
slowly increasing the dose from 80mg per day to 240mg
per day over a 3 week period.
What dosage are you on? Do you take it all the time
or only during your cycles? Does it stop all the CH
or just some, or just make them less severe?
Any suggestions on what to use (as a preventative)
while waiting for the Verapamil to kick in? The
doc gave me Predesone but it doesn't seem to be helping.
I am currently having 3-4 CH per day and using Imitrex
to abort with good results but am afraid I will
build an intolerance to it.
