I was talking with a mutual friend earlier and I stumbled on the answer too.
It's Victoria Day for us, August. The Queen's Birthday (May 24, actually). Even though her REAL birthday is in November. But taking a long weekend in November isn't nearly as much fun as it is in May. Oh wait. Maybe that was Queen Victoria's birthday!! Duh. Queen E's birthday is Nov. 14. Goes to show ya how much I know, huh?
