ok, since i am a cluster-bozo i had to look inside and read your words of wisdom. Yes, you are so right!! Keeping a journal is very important. Something i actually do so i can study my boring life and watch the ebb and flow of the clusterprism of activity that goes on in my tiny brain. It also hel ps when you go to talk to your dr. and when you come to this board to offer help. If our young ones get hit with the beast we can use it as a resource to help them. My nephew has migraines. God i hate it! I'm praying to every diety i know he doesn't get clusters. I think it'll the be the shroom-gods that listen.
