Okay, I'm going to give this a try. I'm in my twenties and have just started getting horrible headaches. The sort of started in April I was out in the sun and thought that maybe that was what caused it. Then the first part of May I had another one that is in the same places but much worse. I was in the car about 10 am and it came on fast. It hurt around and behind my left eye and felt like a couple of metal rods where going down through my head and one up my nose. By the time I got home I was crying. My dad wanted to take me to the er but I talked him out of it. This morning I had another one, around 10 again, by 10:19 I was pacing the floor and shortly after I was curled up hands on my head crying and rocking on my head. Exactly how the pain felt this time I'm not sure, I just wanted it to stop. I had broke out into a sweat and was crying so hard my hair was wet. By 10:45 it was more an ache than real pain and I was on my way to the DR. they did a cat scan and said it looks normal. She really don't know where else to go with it right now. If I have another I'm supposed to get up there right away. What confuses me is it doesn't really "fit" anything that I know of. It sort of sounds like clusters but this is only the second really bad one, it doesn't happen everyday and it doesn't wake me up at night. Can anyone tell me anything here...I'm scared.
