I know less than zero about the brain disasters you are going through, but I doubt that Lidocaine will help your clusters. I don't think it will paralyze your right side, but I'm obviously not a physician. I would suggest you talk to your neuro about 100% oxygen, 8-10 lpm, face mask with rebreathable bag to be used at first signs of an onset. Just out of curiosity, where do you live?
