Nobody is surprised in your believe that CH has both have muscle tension and extra cranial (a term you just learn from Hakim Ali, huh?) arterial inputs, after all, the only 'cured clusterhead' yopu showed up with was a TMJ case helped by a bite plate.
I suggest you take a leave from this board and get some basic knowledge about CH. Perhaps you start with the papers of Dr. Peter Goadsby, and frankly, most people on this board believe him more than a high pressure salesman like you (who did not know the difference between arteries and veins 2 months ago).
