Hi Nini: I noticed the same thing. I too am very active and usually upbeat but over the winter I really was wiped out. I thought that it was due to working and driving 80+ hr/wk and being depressed due to being lonely because the wife moved out a year ago. Which caused what? I'm now exercising again and it seems to be working to subdue the CH attacks. Cant wait to get off the Prednisone. Its ugly stuff.
