When I get bad Clusters, instead of dancing around
and/or banging my head like I'm tempted to do,
I'll sit down, perfectly still, and try to purge
all thoughts from my head and just concentrate
on blankness.

This Lowers the pain (as soon as I calm down), and
occassionally even aborts the HA! Other times it
will lower the pain for the duration of the HA.
Sometimes it will do neither and the pain returns
as soon as I stop this technique.

It is tough to accomplish, especially at a 9 or 10
