you're trying to say with the excerpt since it basically stating that they are different conditions and certain CH symptoms are shared by many types of headaches, so diagnosis sometimes may be difficult.
That said, I'll get into this conversation finally about the board. I don't think it's bad to discuss migraines here IF it has some relationship to CHs. If someone asks if there are others who notice a corresponding pattern with the two it can let us examine something that might have been overlooked all this time and there is a closer relationship than we think. We won't look down certain alleyways if there's no light down there to see. I mean, personally, I doubt there is nothing to see down there, but maybe there is. On the other hand, if someone wants to talk about migraines and not for any reason that would help better understand or figure out CHs, I think those people need to be shown the door to migraine mansion.
