I've often wondered the same. I am allergic. I
used to get allergy shots as a kid, don't know
if that might be a contributing factor as well.
I know some people swear that these things have
nothing to do with allergies, but I'm not so sure.
It would be interesting to see a survey on this kind of stuff.
