Dan,
I was on 10-30 per night. I was told by my Doctor to just phase them out over a week. Apart rom drowsiness and a very dry mouth I havent experienced any major side effects. By all accounts they don't really help CHs as much as they do migraine anyway. All i noticed was that I got to sleep a lot quicker than normal.
