I'm often silly and confused but I'm trying to be serious here. After over 5 years of trying to figure out what was wrong and trying to deal with this stuff only to have it disappear just as I got to a doc, I flipped to chronic 15 months ago and it was almost a blessing.

I know this sounds crazy but because you deal with it everyday you get a chance to play with different meds and learn what works for you. You get a chance to really watch yourself and learn the signs of what is going on and how to avoid the big ouch.

It took me many months, however, I've got meds that work and I know what is going on and how to deal with it.

Sure, some days are better than others but overall, I am so much better off now than I was all those years of going in and out of cycle.

Hang tough dude, the glass is half full
