My husband also suffers from CH--luckily it's only episodic. He has been taking anti-depressants since before his last cycle started, but they did not impact his clusters, except for one (Serzone) which may have aggravated them. Certainly speak to his doctor about this. Living with clusters can result in depression--for both of you. Lots of support here for you and your husband. Good luck! Joy
