Sorry to hear your cycle is starting, but such is spring, right? My husband is also starting one and I've already started "watering him". So far, so good, no monsters yet but the warning flags are up.
It is SO important to get support if you can and I think lc bob has the right idea. Drag someone close to you (by the ears if you have to) to this message board. Sit them down, lock them in the room and make them READ!!! Even just the Main Page from the button at the top. There is a really good description of the guy that goes into the basement and uses the telephone on his head to distract himself from the pain.
You shouldn't have to go through this alone, Pam, especially when you have a little one needing Mum.
