My clusters are always on my left now..I am chronic.. when I was episodic I did have them once on the right. I am on verapamil, topamax and imitrex injections. I am also on a new antidepressant that you and your husband may want to try. It is called Remeron. My Doc screwed up and started me way too high so I lowered my own dose (like all good nurses do). It is a wonderful antidepressant. It does little for clusters but is good for depression from having clusters. Plus, it has not affected my sex drive in the least..in fact, maybe had the opposite affect. No comments from the peanut gallery please. I am dealing with the side effect. smiles, nancyc
