Help - what can I do to stop these ?

I've been going to my family doctor who has given me beta-blockers and now nifedipine. My headaches have gotten much worse. I've been going to a chiropractor and I have a referral to a neurologist but its not untill 10 days away. I don't know how I'm going to make it untill then. Any ideas ?
