Interesting. I have gone three years since last CH and this bout is less severe than the ones in the past. My diet has changed greatly in the last three years. I now eat mostly fruits veggies and whole grain stuff some dairy. Only eat meat ~2 times /wk. Feel better too. Perhaps there is a connection.
