awoke this morning, 7:30am with a Kip scale 4. Not tremendously painful, but enough to set the tone of the day.
I said "I will get through this without a shot....I will tame my beast!!!!"
And know what???.......I DID IT!!!!!!
Feeling great about myself right now......maybe the cycle is coming to an end.
