Any damn thing that you needed for him to do!!! Hold your hand, let you know he cares,give you a hug, get a glass of water, let you know you are not alone, get an ice pack, not get an ice pack, stay in the room with you, get out of the room, call the doc, let you know he cares, talk to you, be quiet, let you know he cares, take you to the ER, let you know he cares, get tissue to blow your nose, go run around the block if it makes you feel better, cry with you, laugh with you, let you know he cares, etc.....
I can not imagine my husband being up in the middle of the nite (or anytime) and being alone in such pain. What a scary thought!!! I am a supporter and would do ANYTHING to take the pain away from him and anyone else that suffers from this pain from hell!!
