The pain of them will likely get worse before they

From my experience stress seems to make them worse, and the pain
builds faster. When I'm not under stress the pain
builds much more slowly.
Just curious, how did you come to the cluster conclusion
after only one headache? Were you familiar with
Cluster headaches prior to having this one? I ask because
Most people who get striken (and even many doctors) don't know much
about or have never heard of Cluster Headaches, and it usually takes
some time to figure out what's going on.
Some friendly advice: Avoid alcohol until it's passed.
If you smoke you should probably try to stop that too. These
tend to aggrivate Clusters.
