You are around the median age of onset for clusters.

Past history of migraines has nothing to do with clusters as they are two very different syndromes.

If they are clusters, the normal is 2 to 4 headaches a day, every day, for 4 to 12 weeks.

They will usually become like clockwork and strike the same time every day.

At this point, if the pain is as bad as you describe (which sounds like cluster pain) you should make an appointment with your Dr. When the pain is that bad, you either have clusters or another major problem. Either one, get it checked.
