Everyone has what works for them and how they deal with it.
I want a long term answer for ALL of us.
If we are in cycle, we feel like shit, but we shouldn't take it out on each other.
I had cluster for 19 years before I found this site. I thought I was crazy.
Who else but a clusterhead knows what we go through. Even our closest loved ones cannot truely understand.
Only the people on this list know what the devil can and has done to us.
We are alone in our fight with the devil. The answers will only come from us.
