I saw that guest book entry too and thought the same thing, Riccardo.
From what I've seen with Mike going through a cycle, while he is busy and active he doesn't get hit. It's when he relaxes and starts to wind down, and therefore decreases the normal stresses of being active, that he gets hit. It could be an adrenaline thing.
Just my opinion.
