I can only tell you how lucky you are to have a supportive spouse. I am blessed with the same and also two young kids. 10 years and counting for my ch cycles. Into a real nasty bout now 5-6 per day, morphine and imitrex with amytriptyline with prednisone. Not working this time. Hang in there things have to get better. BTW I just got over a bout of vertigo 2 1/2 weeks of terrible dizzieness with the clusters.. No fun! Keep smiling ....Kirk
