is training a child to do the right thing. In our home the girls were told once, if they made the wrong decision they were spanked and then told to adjust their attitude and put a smile on their face. Surprisingly, if handled properly, they would. The idea being that 1. we stop their wrong behavior 2. we show them the correct path. It is too bad that doesn't work with adults.
