and cannot count the number of times I have heard my husband, Lee, say "I can't take this anymore". Yes--hopeless, depressed, and suicidal. I'm still amazed at how chronics keep going! Lee had a three month cycle this time, compared the previous two week cycle 4 years ago, so know how you feel about this one being so much worse. Seems like everyone has had extended cycles this year...so hang in there (preferably with us!). Lots of info and support here--your wife is more than welcome, too! Joy
