Dani,

I think you are absolutely right to address this question. It is a pity stupid and rabid racists have made it difficult for us today, to discuss biological differences that certainly exist between ethnic groups.

There are some explantions for the seeming caucasian dominance.

There was a post a while back from a young man from Japan, who explained that headaches (even cluster headaches) were not something one admitted to in Japan.
He was a sufferer himself but had the greatest difficulty getting others to contact him.

That is a social/cultural difference.
We just don't know how many sufferers may be out there.

Then there is a fact that we so often seem to forget: this is the Internet! It catches only a small portion of the World's population.

Then there is the fact that a greater part of the world (and mostly NOT parts where caucasians predominate) still lives in relative poverty. Where food and freedom from want are prime considerations, computers and the Internet take second place - at least.

Then there is language. A great many people have are not easy with that foreign language: American English! Many people in my own country (the Netherlands) do understand English and yet do not or only raraly visit this site, because it is too hard for them to follow what is going on.

All in all this great site offers of necessity just a very narrow view on all the world. I'd say it is too soon to draw conclusions on that basis.
