yesterday. I asked my neuro if I needed to taper off. He and the nurse said there was no need to taper...just stop. I'm not sure that is the right thing to do. Last night, I was getting light headed off and on all the time. Not quite dizzy, but little rushes kindda'. Today is better with no rushes and no headaches. The swelling in my ankles has even gone down. I didn't have any kind of headaches. Hope this helps.
