Here's why:
When in a cycle...no matter how much I want or resign myself to, my body is scared to sleep. I tell my doctor, she gives me a sleeping aid. I take it and drift off to lovely dreamland and that BANG! And now, not only am I in pain with my CH...I am drowsy, disoriented and sick from the sleeping aid! I hated it, I can't even take an antihistamine without it doing this. But next cycle, I will try the Dramamine..cause it's such a vicious circle and even though I know how I'm going to wake up...I know my body needs to rest and reserve it's energy to fight the next attack of the beast.
