Just discovered this message board. It's good to know I'm not alone with this struggle. I'm a 20 yr. sufferer. It released me for 7 years but it's back again this month. Why I don't know. Afraid to go to sleep as before. I'm on Maxalt this time around switching from an ice pac to a heat pac for added assistance. What ever works.This monster has got to go!! I'm even sweating with it this time around. I'm trying to drink more water and even get rid of those air freshers in the house that seems to add to it. Will keep checking the boards now that I know it's here.
