the beast woke me last night...mildly. i fell back asleep. probably only a 4. 99% of the time if they wake me, they're a 10 so it was odd. i did the steroid thing for 3 weeks and was pain free for almost a month. i'm hoping it was just a slip up. does anyone experience a surge in CH with rainy weather? it's been rainy for the last week and i've had a few shadows following me around. well hope it doesn't come back. those steroid's side effects were horrible! but i'm back to my usual self at least. took a while for them to get out of my system. here's to pf days for all of us! happy memorial day weekend everyone!
