i'm not sure i see the disagreement. guess i didn't express myself clearly. if you prefer 'receptor' to 'bullet' i'm ok with that. seems to me the point is the same.

the antagonists work on only one side to produce pain in the receptor. and there must be 2 receptors ... one per side ... else everyone'd get CH on the same side. the receptor on the CH side should be distinguishable from the lack of receptor on the other side. a physical difference that must also exist between the CH side in an episode and a CH side in remission. that is the cause of CH - the correction should be applied to the receptor - by definition on one side. that's the final answer. and the end of CH.
