Verapamil at 240mg. a day is WAY below normal. I take 480mg. a day, twice as much, and even that’s below normal. However, what you want to aim for is what works. The idea is to dose yourself at the lowest useful level. My dosage is
working for me - Thank God!!! - so, I’m willing to leave it there. If 240mg. works for you, stay with that. If it’s not working, try a higher dosage and/or try mixing it with prednisone or whatever else it takes.
