Just saying hey, I found this site last year after my cycle, been lurking on and off since then.
It's getting to be that time again, mild headache for 3 days, and now shadows every hour. By tomorrow, or maybe tonight I'll get the first one.
I've got Excedrin Migrane (a cruel joke) to hold me over until I can get to a doctor for the Imitrex, *sigh*.
Already talked to my boss, It's ok if I miss some work.
I first got CH in Feb 1999, had a CT scan, tried a bunch of different meds, that attack led to a nervous breakdown, trust me, not fun, but better then a cluster. In 2000, I knew what the deal was, tried Amerge, and that worked for a while, but at $14 a pill and a slow reaction time, that got old fast. Finally, a neighbor with an Imitrex prescription let me have an injection. That was nice :)
So anyway, I'm just rambling here, my cycle lasts about 10 days, once a year, and the time has come again, just venting.
