I started at 120mg per day along with 2mg of Sansert. Increased Verapamil to 240mg along with 4mg of Sansert.
I've had these things for 35+ years the last 2 chronic, what ever med you take start the dosage as low as possible and work up until it works or the side effects become to strong.
