I am on 120 a day and so far so good. It stops them dead (but it seems if I don't take the "V" every day, I will get one immediately). When I feel out of the woods, I will slow it down so I don't take it anymore (until I need to). bob was kind enough to inform me you need to ween yourself off of it. Keep that in mind... I didn't know that.
