Hello all,
No particular reason for this post other than to say that my latest episode doesn't seem to be as bad as normal. I've been drinking water until it comes out of my ears - don't know if that's what has helped, but I've only had the beast up to about 5 or 6 on the Kip scale. I know 1 on the scale is supposed to be 'life is beautiful' but when you're expecting 9's and 10's and only getting 5's and 6's, I say life is pretty damn good! The weather in the UK has been nice and warm for over a week now (a minor miracle), work is not too stressful, my 13 year old German Shepherd dog is now walking normally again after a leg injury and the demon has decided not to give me too hard a time. Don't you just love it when things work out good?
