I KNOW there'll be an arguement over the icepack thing as I've tried in the past... but thats because I suggested it... Now I have a little ammunition from another sufferer. (hee hee)
As far as your hubby helping goes... I may not know much about the pain part of the head, but I'm a Psychologist & Sociologist and have a few ideas on how you may be able to help him understand and assist you. If your interested, let me know.
