I have been menopausal since age 40 and have been on hormone replacement therapy since then. This is about the same length of time I've had cluster headaches though I believe I've been chronic for the last 8 or 9 months. I asked my Dr. if Estrogen could be contributing to headaches, however he thought not, and I cannot discontinue HRT due to other health problems. Perhaps it is more than coincidental though. Irka
