You just brought back memories Lisa. I DO remember that full blown awakening when I used to do that. Whew, that was bad. I wasn't so lethargic but gained a lot of weight. Haven't done that in years, and don't plan on it anymore. Another 'no results' preventative by the wayside. I REALLY hope you feel better. Stay on board.
