People who see me during an attack can be sitting across the room and know exactly where the pain is at the moment! I refer to it as a spider of pain that crawls around my face during an attack. They say they can see a red blotch actually moving from one area to the next.
Also, my wife has noticed a large vien and felt very heavy pulsing in my temple when the ice pick man is at work in that area. Which I think is the worst part of the attacks. Too much hair on me head to know if that happens up there too when the pain is there. Might be, since I tend to press my head against a wall or whatever is near to try to crush the pain away.
Strange part about all this though, is the pain doesn't feel external, it feels like it's deep inside with no way to reach it, yet these physical external signs can be seen or felt by others?
Things that make ya go huh!
Dave
