Sounds like cluster to me. My pain goes down to the teeth as well.
The GP I had a few years back made me go to the dentist to rule out
tooth problems. The dentist thought it was TMJ related, he prescribed
flexiril for me (a muscle relaxant). Oddly enough, the flexiril helps
a little. It helps me sleep anyway.
