Vasomil?

Has anyone heard of Vasomil? Apparently it is a calcium beta-blocker. Some of the cluster sufferers here in Cape Town uses this together with Prednisone. For how long period can one actually be on Prednisone? (Side-effects?)
My husband is a chronic sufferer and we are desperately trying to find some preventative medication. At the moment he uses Prednisone, Deserol, Tripilyne - with Imigran as abortive.
