I have been "in the mode" chronic for 3 years with no relief except for the little relief I got initially when I started taking lithium. My history is 6 ha daily for last 3 years. Sansert and Prednisone were ruled out by my neuro because he doesn't think they would be good meds for me to take daily long term. I am considering strongly upping the lithium dosage. Thanks for your advice.
