Doc just put me on Topomax 25mg and has had me taking Paxil for the last 3 mos- he says it regulates serotonin levels. I get a yearly cycle (very regular) and things have changed this year. Some of you suggested I get checked out due to the change, and I took your advice but Doc can't find anything new. I also use melatonin, circumin and bromelaine -the latter two are supposed to help with head pain. Could any of this be working or will the constant nightly ritual begin again next year?!?! I don't post often but I'm always here, thanks.
